These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the ak71 platform and all its users ("Members"). By accessing ak71's website, mobile application, or any other digital service, or by registering an account, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. When changes are made, the date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change is made will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account on ak71 and use any of its services, a user must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both will be suspended.

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. ak71 will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing this information with a third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.

3.2 Account Responsibility

The member is fully responsible for every transaction, bet, and activity carried out from their account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment, ak71 may request identity documents from a member (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) as well as proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

Specific rules must be followed when depositing and withdrawing money on ak71.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). Members must deposit from an account registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fund Security

ak71 holds member funds separately. If an illegal or suspicious transaction is detected on an account, ak71 reserves the right to temporarily freeze those funds and place the account under investigation.

Promotional offers on ak71 are provided subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the description of that offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — meaning in this example, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or using bots or automated software — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members may be eligible to join the VIP program. There are three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week, and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on weekly net losses.

The following rules apply to sports betting and casino games on ak71:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid and final when the system displays a confirmation message stating that it has been successfully accepted. ak71 is not responsible for bets that were not accepted due to network issues or technical errors.

6.2 Result Determination

Sports event results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.). In the case of disputed results, ak71's decision will be final.

6.3 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded — though exceptions may apply depending on the rules of the specific sport.

6.4 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are accepted at those odds, ak71 reserves the right to void those bets and refund the stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak71 platform:

1. Playing or betting by fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive means
2. Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to play games
3. Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account
4. Match fixing or participation in any form of sports corruption
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
6. Collecting or distributing other members' personal information
7. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, accumulated funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ak71 is not liable for:

• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from third-party actions or fraud

• Incomplete transactions due to internet connection or device problems

ak71's maximum liability for any direct financial loss arising from gaming or betting through the platform will never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

ak71 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected
• If the member themselves requests closure of the account

Members may also close their own account at any time by notifying our support team. All legitimate funds will be returned before account closure, unless a forfeiture order has been issued due to fraud or breach of terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital gaming standards. Any dispute will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If that is not possible, the matter will be resolved through arbitration.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, that clause will be removed and the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
